Summary: The hotel was nice. The parking lot close to the hotel was quickly full. We had to park off-site. They gave you a “free” breakfast and drinks at their bar. They say “free”, but then charged me an extra $20 to cover the drinks and meal. If it truly isn’t free then don’t say it is. If you don’t drink or didn’t want the “free” breakfast, then you are out $20. Other than that the accommodations is very close and walkable to downtown.

Summary: This funky motel has been nicely updated. The rooms are clean and quiet, the bed comfortable, and the bathrooms well appointed. We especially appreciated the arrangements the hotel made with nearby restaurants. We were able to get a nice discount for dinner and breakfast.

Summary: Excellent staff, very friendly. It’s an outside entry hotel, so that’s a different feel from a hotel with a lobby. Perks include free breakfast next door at an actual restaurant called Rosie’s vs the typical free breakfast that is usually not great. Also, there is a bar connected and it’s a nice vibe….the bar manager is excellent. Restaurants that are walkable and parking available.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ruby. Our room was updated, clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast at Rosie's was really good!

Summary: The room was decent for the price paid. Surprisingly quiet for being right down town. The different people at the front desk were not friendly or welcoming at all. Like they totally did not like their jobs. The breakfast that came with the reservation was huge and tasted really good.

Summary: Great,cheap stay for a concert right across the street! Stayed one night. We paid $7 for parking. Room and bathroom is a little small, but had everything we needed to be comfortable. The only downside I had was that they shut a gate across to entrance of parking. Which is great for security of vehicles, slightly inconvenient to have to ask security to open it for you when you come and go. $75 for damage hold. They have good benefits that come along. We didn’t take advantage but should have! $10 charge when you check in, you are able redeem to 2 drinks at their bar. Also free breakfast at the Rosie’s restaurant. Great stay

Summary: You have to read between the lines. It says there is parking, it doesn't say free parking..yes they charge. Yes you'll be locked out of the lot if you are out past 10 or 11 at night, and wait forever from someone from another property to come unlock the gate. Room was basic, tiny, simple. The kind of building and room you expect for a budget off the the beaten path boardinghouse in San Francisco or New York, but have never seen in the northwest. A mystery $10 charge added to my card two days after my left. Sorry. Not going back.
